My daughter and I were looking for a recliner at your store, Mark came over to assist us. After a few minutes of discussion he showed us a few chairs! He led us right to what we were looking for, the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in! As soon as he realized I loved that chair, he didnt push for any others! I think that was great insight! I bought the chair! I dont believe in coincidence, but my last name is Kram, spell it backwards, it becomes Mark! I shook his hand and thanked him very much! He is the perfect salesman!

We were shopping for a new sofa and we decided to check out the La-Z-Boy store located in Deerfoot Meadows in Calgary. Our shopping experience was very positive. We were greeted warmly by Mark who was always extremely polite, patient and answered all our questions. The best part with dealing with Mark was the no pressure to buy. We must have gone back to the store four or five times and each time Mark was awesome to work with. Due to Marks very professional attitude and awesome customer service we decided to buy an amazing sectional from La-Z-Boy. We cant wait to get our new sofa. We just spent quite a bit of time in store looking for furniture to suit our new home. Lois was a great help. Found the answers to all our questions, helped guide us through the process, showed us other products that were similar, sent us home with samples and measurements. and today when we were ready to finalize our choices she was easy to work with and carefully explained all the details of our purchases. it was an enjoyable venture. Highly recommend Lazy Boy for reasonable prices, good service, clean and inviting store and thanks to Lois for great service.
JUST GREAT!! We dealt with Mark Maganis at the store on 11th Street SE in Calgary. Hes a great guy & knowledgeable professional. Like us, if you prefer a no pressure atmosphere, look no further. Hes also very easy to contact & always kept in touch with us. And when delivery day arrived, we were so pleased with Mark & Darryl.
