I was with Jake Goldthorpe for a very short period of time 3 years ago. As others have commented on here, the customer service was DREADFUL. I would not recommend this agent at all. I believe the vast majority of their so called great reviews are fraudulent.In fact, I would not recommend State Farm at all. State Farm is considered to be one of the worst insurance companies you can choose from. I even made a complainant to their head office, and the woman I spoke to said, they get a lot of complaints about Jake Goldthorpe and his staff from hell.Do your research on which insurance companies to avoid, and make sure to avoid Jake Goldthorpe entirely:The Ten WorstInsurance Companies1.
