I'm giving this company one star due to the fact that at the very least the young lady on the phone was cordial. Do not be fooled by the service though, because although I will fully admit that falling under hard times I was late with a few payments; when I mentioned that a call or email would've been nice so that I can make amends like I've done in the past, I was told that they have way too many clients to be contacting us all of the time. I was a client for over 15 years and I want people to know that it is important to maintain customer service throughout your experience with a company but to put up options that are impossible to achieve because you refused to contact your client, because you have way too many, then that tells me you just don't care anymore about customer service. I've parted ways and left with a sour taste in my mouth, and with service like this I feel that your best interest is not their first thought, with way too many clients I feel the bottom line is. What do you expect from an insurance company though...
I've been with Jeff Cooke and State Farm for more than 20 years now. I've been happy with the service I've received over the years. Response via email or phone has been fast and direct. The service reps friendly and knowledgeable. I have used them for home, auto and property insurance for many years and never had a problem that they haven't tackled to my satisfaction. Highly recommended.
Such great service !! I originally was looking to switch my insurance companies and my friends kept telling me such awesome feedback. So I decided to give them a call and get a quote to see if it fits my budget. Not only it fits my budget but the service was amazing!!! I spoke to a gal Jessica she was so pleasant and made me feel welcome. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was on the same page. I would recommend state farm to anyone if your looking for great service and agents who care. :)
