Our company engaged Rogers Insurance w/Terry Riley as our agent to review our existing company policies. We were thoroughly impressed and happy with the experiences they have provided. Have been with Rogers for 6 years and always experienced excellent customer service. Unfortunately I had to make a claim but the process went so smoothly and I was never left in the dark and the representatives always made sure to spend the time to explain everything to me. I would recommend Rogers to anyone.
This is the worst experience I have ever had at an insurance broker. They are attempting to charge me over double the price of the exact same policy I got from another agency. When attempting to contact them to find out why the policy is so much compared to other quotes I received Carla did not return calls or answer her phone in 3 days even though reception said she was in. Misty was rude on the phone and was not willing to even take a look at the policy saying the "price is the price". I have changed brokers and the price for the policy in question went from 1902$ per year to 846$ per year.
