I love the services they provide here. I have Jenny as my insurance agent and she absolutely amazing! I am not "just another car owner here", they really do care. Jenny really do care. She is really funny, very compassionate and VERY caring.I know i won't great service from any one else the way I do here. That's for sure.

The year before last year I suspended my car insurance for my vacation. Then I called them after I returned in Calgary. The agent there forgot to resume my insurance. When I found out there months after, they said they have phone call notes, but just simply forgot about it. Even didn't apologize to me. Still joking I could get in big trouble if I got into accident. This is the agency couldn't trust.
