Horrible customer service here! My boyfriend bought my ring and necklace for the Michele Hill in Chinnok Mall and the ladies there were amazing!! I had to take my ring back to get sized so we came to Market Mall and never again!!! We dealt with 3 different women and they were all extremely rude!!
Get your jewelry from Michael Hills at the Market Mall. They have great prices and an amazing service and staff. I will highly recommend this jewelry store to all of my friends, family and colleagues. I would've gave them 10 stars but its not letting me add more stars to this review. Keep up the great work. Will definitely return.
Very disappointed to have to give a 1 star but I think its fair considering the experience we had. Originally we were very pleased with Michael Hill but that all changed when we sent our rings in to have a jacket added on to them. One ring needed to be sized, the other did not. Very simple instructions. However, they did not listen and ended up sizing both rings. The one that did not need to be sized ended up being sized down and ultimately needed to be sized back up and have the gold stretched out. Completely unacceptable. I understand that this was a mistake but they could have tried to compensate us in some way considering that we spent good money, gave them 2 rings to customize and so that we would not have to leave a 1 star review. We had dealt with John and originally he was wonderful. Super friendly and funny. He texted/left us voice messages to let us know when the rings came in and kept us in the loop in the beginning; However, he also proved to be no help in the end. When we had got the rings the first time and figured out they had sized the one they were not supposed to touch I texted John to let him know the situation and voice our disappointment/frustration. All he could say was "wow, I specifically told them not to size that one." That was the last we heard from him. When the rings came back the second time we had a different lady leave us a voicemail. This told us that John did not want to try and help resolve this issue and instead decided to discontinue business entirely with us. This is terrible customer service in my opinion. Extremely shady and unprofessional. An apology at the very least could have given boosted them to a 2 star review. We will not be doing business at Michael Hill again.
