I bought a charm bracelet here on boxing week. I am having problems with the clasp being loose and coming undone. I came here looking for help and expecting to buy another bracelet. But I really just wanted help and advice. I instead another girl barged in on the girl I was talking to and I said they can't help me at all, because of a green PLASTIC bead I added. She wouldn't listen to me, and just kept interrupting me about their policy, that my warranty is void and there is nothing they can do. You are welcome to buy things here but do not expect help if you need it.
Very nice jewelry the problem is that the service is not the greatest, but the Jewllery is very nice, a lot of good options. I went to exchange my bracelet and I didn't because the girl insisted that the bracelet I brought first was better than the other one I want too. It thing it was more for the different in prices I don't think she want to make me a re-found of money.
The staff is so stuck up and rude! I felt like I am imposing everytime I go in there. Terrible service and ridiculously pushing. South center's staff is way more customer oriented. Every time I leave Chinook location, I feel insulted.
Tried to return an item that snapped in half and got treated awful not only did i have to argue with the manager about being able.to return it cause i bought it from south center location but nowhere im the policies does it say i cant return it to a different store. She also argued with me from across the store cause i wanted to return it during some sale they had going on.. again it was not stated in the return policies. Awful service and the manager needs to learn how to deal with customers.
Wonderful experience! Originally went to the Southcentre location looking for a small white leather bracelet, which they didn't have so I settled on something else. I ended up calling the Chinook store and they had the small white leather bracelet, which they put on hold for me. The exchange for the new bracelet with the current bracelet was so smooth and easy!!
