My engagement ring needed to be reshaped and the manager, Scott, offered to do it in store... for free!! Other places would have sent it off site for this repair and charged me for it. Superb customer service, attentive and welcoming.
After some confusion on the original ring I placed a deposit on I asked for a refund. I was crushed. Margret went above and beyond to make things right and subsequently gave me a better ring at a better price than the original person I dealt with. She took her time and helped me select another. She really saved the companies image with her actions. She was professional and understanding. Proactive and gave actual real world solutions rather than promises she couldn't keep.
