When you call Tiffany's customer service they talk of their excellent customer service, well that did not show through in my visit at Chinook's Tiffany & Co. For my birthday I was given two of the exact same Tiffany fragrances, the boxes were open however, I did not even use a drop of the perfume. I had the box intact the bottle intact nothing used at all, and they refused to let me return one of the perfumes only because they said the seal which is literally clear tape on the sides of the box was undone because I opened the box so they won't let me return it. It completely ruined my experience at Tiffany. I called customer service for Tiffany the number on their website, and they said due to my circumstances where I ended up receiving two of the same perfume I should be able to return, so I went back to the store told them what the representative said and they still would not take it back. I understand if I didn't have the box and only the fragrance or if a lot of the fragrance was used BUT it was all in good condition the purchase was made literally two weeks ago. I am not just a little disappointed I am GREATLY disappointed by my first experience at Tiffany, who wants their first experience to be like this it sets the mood for whether you ever want to get anything from them again and truly I do not want to after this experience. This was HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Love this store. The staff are always very friendly. Went in most recently to purchase a gift and the lady was lovely. She made sure to tell me that they offer complimentary cleaning on jewelry purchased at Tiffany. I wasn't aware of this but will be making use of that service from now on.
Best experience!The reason I keep returning to Tiffany's at Chinook is Rainie. This amazing lady is very personable and gives great advice. She was a pleasure to work with when choosing an engagement ring and now wedding rings with my wife to be. Rainie is the lady to see if you want great service!
I've always had a different expectation of snobbiness etc but all the it WS I've been in sweats and looking shabby they've always treated me with the utmost respect. The service is fantastic.
