He has been so helpful, patient, accommodating and very quick with all my purchases. Tristan made the hard task of choosing the perfect engagement ring extremely easy. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about diamonds. He took the time to educate me about the 4 C's which made me self-assured that I was purchasing a high quality diamond. I did not feel any pressure from Tristan. It was clear to me Tristan loves his job and was very excited to assist me in purchasing an engagement ring.

It really is a much better experience to be able to freely pick them up and try them on without a salesperson constantly over your shoulder.
