Good advice and although we went to look at a specific model, there was plenty of choice. Salesperson was knowledgeable and knew about the products. Good price on a great bike.
Nice shop. Looks great. Service is very poor.I give 2 stars because the shop is nice and that I found half the parts I was looking for. 1 star would be unfair.Will never return nor recommend.
If you're looking for immediate service, that's NOT the place to go, I went there this morning, tried to book an appointment for service, and been told that they can't fix my bike before 2 weeks, the guy was nice, no complain, I believe him, but for me as a customer, I'm not going back...if they can't manage to have enough staff/space or whatever to get your bike serviced within reasonable time, then I will look for other shops....2 weeks is too much to wait for my bike to get fixed, they didn't even have a walk-in service
Have found the service at the new location to be very poor. Stopped in a few months ago to look at a new road bike, and like some of the other reviewers, did not have anyone approach me even though it was completely dead. Then I brought my sons DH bike in for emergency repairs before an event out of town. I can understand if a part is hard to order, or it might be difficult, but the service guy didnt even try to help - just said he was too busy and seemed annoyed that we even asked. Took the bike to Bow (which is our usual shop but we thought wed try CC) and theyre at least trying, and are helpful and understanding- and we felt like our business mattered. CC gives off a vibe that they just dont care. Would never trust a future purchase from them now after this.
Beautiful new store in a great location! Although the new store is much bigger it still has a great atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful without taking things to seriously and the selection of bicycles is amazing!
