When I went there yesterday as a walk in patient I was the only patient in the clinic. I got directed to the doctors office quickly, which was awesome! However I then sat in the room for almost a half an hour waiting. Finally, Dr. Keays came in.. all I can say is that if you find yourself with him as your doctor, you might as well just leave. Never before have I seen such a timid and unsure doctor. Its a good thing I went somewhere else after leaving. They had a lot more answers and actually helped my problem.
Clean waiting room, pleasant and patient receptionists and great drs. Very patient and kind to my kids.
Very poor front desk. Never respect people. Sleepy lady is there. Never have a permanent schedule for doctors. I like Dr.Brar however it is really hard to see him because of the front desk. I booked an appointment few weeks ago a lady called me to cancel bcs of walk in. Today I came walk in but they accept with appointments only. Horrible! The second week trying to see my family doctor. Really upset.
We had a dental emergency and they were quite accommodating in see us on short notice.
Worst service ever ! The girl at the front desk was clueless. I took them over 3 hrs to see me even tho I was at the clinic way in advance. They just keep passing friends and not Taking care of the ones in need. Horrible ! If i could given them - 5 stars I would .
