Worst customer service, referred two friends they promised me to get me three months free but it not even two months now and again they charge me the regular feesthis is not a good customer service so far.first they charge me 5.25 dollar every two weeks which is not even mention anywhere it says free membership when you refer a friend that means free no charge and now without even giving me three months free completely you are charging me regular fees.Tried to email, call,And left so many messages but no replyplease check my other emails and please reply to my emails , you guys don't even pick the call up or even reply back.so far not a good service experience.I switched from Good life so far regretting my decision.
Horrible service! For some reason, they won't charge our credit card for the monthly fees, then come after us for "late payment" charges. We've worked with other gyms before - this was the worst we ever signed up at!
I signed up for Golds Gym for the all girls section. The all girls gym is great but the maintenance and up keep is terrible. The girls gym never has spray bottles or towels to sanitize the machines, when they do the towels are extremely filthy (yuck) because they are never washed and the bottles are basically empty. Asking the workers in the front is a joke. All the male workers will tell you to wait until a female is on duty to help. The female workers tell you to wait and never show up. It takes 2 seconds to fill up the bottles, ask a girl who is walking into the change room to drop of the bottles if you cant go in the section for whatever reason. Rarely, do you see any of the workers walking through the girls gym to make sure everything is intact. I am pretty sure they forget that section exists. The workers in the front need to work on their customer service skills. I cancelled my membership due to the low maintenance of the girls gym. I would rather pay 6x the price I am paying right now for better service.
I like golds gym Ive been with them for years. But this specific gym location is terrible. I feel like I am using cheapest equipment available because most things in there feels really cheap, like even those other discount gyms have better equipment. Sorry just being honest.The cool things about this gym are the boxing area and the squat cages, but other than that .
I was planning on signing up but now I'm not. I talked to a female representative. She asked me some questions which I respectfully answered. Then she puts the phone down and starts cussing me out and she did not realize I could still hear her. I am never going to a golds gym ever again if representatives treat their customers like this
