Don't trust anything this gym says. Signed a "month to month" membership and 12 months later wanted to cancel. I emalied them and they never responded. I called them a week later to confirm my cancellation and they said "Yes it's cancelled" so I thought great! and then..they KEPT CHARGING MY CARD for random amounts. (not even my regular membership fee, just random amounts) When I called them they said they would "look into it" and then I got an email saying "Oh hey, so you actually have to come into the club to fill out a "cancellation form' or we will keep charging you" you have got to be kidding. Just absolute fraud and still trying to sort it out with them and my bank.
I recently participated in a workout challenge at this location. I enjoyed it so much that I signed up for a membership. Great staff and great as well as modern workout environment.
I can safely say that this gym and its trainers have changed my life. I struggle with weight gain and have tried to lose weight in many, many ways. But when I joined Snap Fitness Foothills, I not only learned how to lose fat healthily, but I was able to gain confidence, understanding of my own bodies needs and push new boundaries every single session. The progress is fantastic and I couldn't have made a better choice.
My trainer at the foothills location, Wayne, is AMAZING! He trains me and he actually cares about my progress. He doesn't let me give up. He pushes me so that I can achieve things I honestly thought I could never do. I am beyond happy with this location. I'm feeling better and stronger after every visit and my body is changing already! It's always clean. Everyone is nice and friendly. EVERYONE should give this gym a chance. You won't be sorry!!
