The renovations are a bit annoying, but it is a necessary renovation and will likely make the club quite nice when they are done. Who knows how long that will be though. They have great fitnesses instructors. Kelly the yoga instructor is also great. Her classes are a bit different and sometimes less structured than a typical class, but she does a wonderful job helping you let go and also getting to know your fellow classmates. Really wish she taught more classes here! They only have a few yoga classes and could definitely use more!

GoodLife in general have just about the nicest staff possible, and this location is no different. Large gym, good selection of machines, however it's constantly under construction (the legends have it that one day they'll come to an end). No sauna, but thats not the most important thing for a gym, plus allegedly they're building one (ties into that eternal construction).Only reason why I docked a star, is that I personally feel its poorly ventilated. You might find yourself at disadvantage of you're doing HIIT or if you're using treadmills for extended periods of time.

where do i start. the customer service at this facility is absolute trash. I've been trying to cancel my membership for about a week not to no avail for reasons I will list below. Today i called them to ask if i could cancel over the phone, they said no but i could come in today to cancel it with a fitness advisor. so I go in and im told that i CANT cancel it today because theres no manager in to do it for me, so they misinformed me over the phone and wasted my time and gas for me to come in. in terms of the facility itself, its currently under renovation meaning the womens only section is closed, the clientele there is a bunch of steroid-hyped men who want nothing other than to stare at your assets while you work out, making me extremely uncomfortable the entire time. also, they use mens AXE bodywash in the womens showers??? seriously?? overall, I wouldnt recommend this place to ANY woman. its dirty, busy, and I feel like theres ALWAYS someone there trying to undress me in their brain. 0/10

I have been a member of this Good life gym when it was converted from a Golds gym many years ago. The staff are friendly and the equipment are fine for the workout routine that I have in the mornings. However, I have seen a decline in Management interaction throughout the years that I have been going to this gym. I run numerous hotels where I ensure that I am active ensuring guest satisfaction. It seems as though customer service is not a priority in this facility. I feel that the staff are not supported at times by upper Management and they are often left to deal with situations on their own. I will continue to go to this gym as I believe that everything will get better. It is my hope that this happens sooner than later. I believe in the Good life brand and I am hopeful that the issues that have been mentioned by other members will be addressed and rectified.

I have been going to this gym for a long time. I was told they've closed the women's area temporarily and that it would be re-opened after renovations. The sign outside has changed and now boldly states 'Co-Ed'. Does this mean there will not be a new women's area, once renovations are complete? I go to this gym specifically for that area. Also, would like to know when the renovations will be done. Each staff member I have asked, seems to have a different understanding of what is being renovated and when those renovations will be done. Would love to know when my gym will go back to 'normal'. It has been a long road to this renovation being completed and it has been ongoing for what feels like years. There has been a broken toilet in the women's change room for over 2 years... That is why I have given a 3 start rating. As far as customer service, I have had nothing but excellent interactions with all staff here, over the many years I have been a member. The location is convenient, I've never had an issue with the equipment (which is what we are really paying for after all). I hope they bring back the women's section so I don't have to waste an hour driving to and from another location that has a women's section..
