Ever since they took over the Golds gym this has basically become a night club where the guys go ga ga over the girls and not much working out is done. If you want a workout dont come here. I dropped my membership due to this and the filthy conditions of this gym.
This gym is pretty standard. Nothing over and above from any other Goodlife. The air could also be better as it gets stuffy on warmer days
My favorite Goodlife location. Staffs are very nice. Lots equipments. Love the hot tub and swimming pool.
I have been a goodlife member for at least 5 years, and never have I been to another goodlife lacking in weight plates like this gym. I cannot imagine trying to come at a busy time - I come at 10 pm and later and already have to bring 5s and 10s from other racks (which only have one pair, if there even is a pair), then move those over to a bench. Call me weak if you want, but people want more than just 45 plates for everything. It is not just a matter of one area having all of the weights either - no rack has a complete set let alone duplicates. If I came at a busier time, which I would not under the current setup, you would have to check with everyone which weights they were using which is an extreme deterrent. Also note, they have yet to respond to any feedback and clearly do not care about the glaring issues. Very disappointed.
Really like this gym- have been going for about 2 years but they definitly need a make over. A lot of the equipment is outdated or broken and the maintainence needs to step it up as it takes awhile for things to be fixed. That being said the staff is awesome and friendly and welcoming and is always professional and polite from what Ive seen.
