The gym itself was great, the people at the front desk were friendly as was everyone who worked there. However the attention to detail and follow up is not. I have recently begun working with my neurologist, physio and osteopath who need me to take a step back and train with neuro specialists for my training and as such I have sent in numerous emails to the gym about my need to leave the gym due to medical issues and no one has followed up. Hopefully I hear back soon. I would love to give them a fabulous review but unfortunately I feel that their response rate is very selective.
I had the opportunity to work out here a few times and was super impressed with the level of service and knowledge from everyone from staff and trainers right up to ownership group. Great place filled with people who truly want to live a healthier lifestyle and help you along the way. Will definitely be back and highly recommend it!
The coaches and classes are great, especially the jiu jitsu classes. Its a shame it is so poorly run. After purchasing a personal training package I was overcharged by 200$. One of the managers fixed it for me after figuring out it was indeed a mistake. Now that she no longer works there though the owner decided to charge me again, citing no reason other than he cannot figure it out. They also conveniently misplaced my cancellation form and charged me an extra month, though that did get refunded a week later. Going there for the classes is fine, just dont deal with the managers or owners, you will get scammed...
Great facility. Fun, knowledgable and encouraging staff. BJJ with Chris Mattock is excellent. His classes and coaching at tournaments is top notch. They offer a great facility and high level coaching for cheaper than the competitors. Great place for all BJJ levels. No GI classes to try out without having to invest in a GI until you get hooked...which will happen
This gym has great owners, amazing staff and offers an incredible facility! These guys have figured out how to create an amazing culture. It has something for everyone here. By far the best gym Ive been apart of.
