I would give this agency zero stars if that was possible. Worst customer service experience of my life. If you are going to deal with Allstate, I would highly recommend considering another agency. The incompetence, dishonesty, and arrogance of the agents here is mind boggling.
Bumping up my review from a one star review to a 4 star review. I had many issues at once and I was talking to multiple agents about my issues which probably made it difficult to get a straight answer. After talking to Terry who originally set me up with my policy, I got all my questions answered and left with a smile on my face.
Worst people to deal with gets your Hope's up then changes their mind tells lies says you can pay monthly then they change there mind on that to either wants full or half right away
The worse experience ever, they will not follow up what's so ever. No pride there.
