I received very good service at Anita Ip state farm insurance until I cancelled a business liability policy, 3 months early. Since that time, not only have I been continually deducted monthly, an 80 dollar charge, now far passed the original year policy date, but also threatened with collection action for not paying an apparent 80 dollar cancellation fee.I have contacted Anita Ip insurance 3 times over 6 weeks to rectify this problem and no solution. I was just deducted again on August 1st , 3 months past the old policies' expiry. I am now expecting a 3rd collection letter to follow suit. I would have to now advise any future customers to be careful with signing up for monthly payments under their automatic withdrawal scheme. They do not seem to have complete management of this technology nor the capability to rectify any issues for their customers.I do hope this damaging problem can be rectified by State farm insurance without the continual need for further action on my part.

I have been with State Farm since moving to AB 3 years ago. They did my car insurance and now my house insurance as well as I moved my boyfriend to State Farm to get even more discounts! Really love the service they NEVER pressure me to take extra services (life, etc) but always let me know about it. They always answer their phone, have great hours, never leave me on hold, and offer really great service! Never had an issue with them and always super friendly! Pleasure to work with you guys :)
