The staff were very accommodating, we told them we were on our honeymoon and they gave us free passes to the regency lounge! Super nice rooms as well. Save some money and park at the Bow Tower, $5/12 hrs.
The hotel location is very central and it's great during Stampede or some other event where you need to be near the Calgary core. In addition, the facilities are clean, new and well kept. I was very impressed and happy to pay the fees. The staff are friendly and help you get right in and do their best to be great hosts. I didn't get to try the food at the hotel so can't comment on that.Would definitely consider staying again should I be in Calgary.
Very good hotel in downtown Calgary. -near Glenbow and also various shopping centres. Very friendly staff, good service. Nice large, clean and quite rooms. Breakfast buffet was very good. We spend only a day and would love to return.
Beautifully renovated rooms. We're pleased to have an adjoining room with the in-laws. Disappointed that restaurant wasn't available in the evening as there are few choices nearby with minors. Requested and received a usb cable. Good water pressure in the showers.
Amazing staff, offered me early check in at 10 am since my room was ready.. excellent facilities including pool, gym at 18th floor with amazing view.. great view from room ..right at downtown, close to all shopping centres and restaurants
