The hotel lobby is very nice, and the staff in the lounge as well as the restaurant were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. When we first pulled up we weren't impressed with the look of the outside of the building (old and not clean looking) but looks can obviously be deceiving because we will definitely come back and with our kids. The water park in this place looked unreal!
Booked this hotel last minute at a pretty decent price. The hotel itself was very nice inside. They had a little setup with an employee giving out free ice cream when we walked in. (Not sure why) Check in was quick and easy, which I appreciate.The room was very nice, everything was clean. I love that they give the option to have cleaning done everyday to help conserve water. The next morning we had room service, which was surprisingly fast. I had the salmon lox bagel, it was phenomenal. Carvers Steakhouse, which is inside the hotel, was absolutely amazing. I will write a separate review on that.
Very nice place to stay. They did an excellent job with our conference. Rooms updated and clean. Good restaurants and shops in hotel. Quick check-in out. Great shuttle to airport.
A very nice place to stay - highly recommended for a family with kids! Staff were very kind and highly attentive to our needs and quickly assisted when something was needed. Given only three stars as we found our stay to be quite noisy! Other families made a lot of noise in the hall, which was easily heard in our room; every toilet flush from a nearby room was also heard. Needless to say it made an uninterrupted good night's sleep difficult. Additionally, we had wanted to pay for our stay with a pre paid Visa that was gifted to us, but staff were unable to, and put little effort into, figuring out how to process it.
This was a nice property convenient to the airport - probably about 10-15 minutes away. Considering the proximity to the airport, it was very quiet; I didn't hear any airplanes. The property/rooms were modern, up-to-date, and has a Starwood Lounge and Club Floor. On-site parking was free, plentiful, and part of it is covered.
