Holy doodle! Went in there for a simple 5 of diamonds fishing lure. The entire isle of fishing lures was almost completely empty save a handful of flies and gummie lures...there was seriously only half a dozen little packets left in a completely empty isle. I asked the employees when they expected to restock and was told in September - that's 4 weeks away. I'm going to Bass Pro and will be fishing by tomorrow.
This is the first store I visited 14 years ago when I moved into Calgary. I am very disappointed today when I buying a hunting tag. They sold me a tag without wire. From the clerk to manager, they don't know what they are doing. It might be a new owner or management team. This would be my last visit to this store. :(
It is not even September yet and it had Halloween decorations. It had slow service, but had what I was looking for plus some other things I wanted. So good products and fairly good employees and has a little bit of everything. If you are looking for a specific project such as a bicycle or lighting etc. Go to a specialized store for better quality and prices. If you are not sure what you are looking for come to Canadian tire.
Love this store. Perfect for outdoor recreation needs, fixing the house or taking care of the care. It has good deals, good variety of products, good quality and a clean and ordered environment. Employees could be more service oriented but they're helpful if you ask for help.
Lots of selection for home hardware and seasonal items. Prices are decent and industry standard. The staff is friendly and helpful! I like to shop here!
