You need shoes? Go when Kevin is working. 6 people asking for sizes? Doesn't matter Kevin will get them all a size. Need 2 or 3 pairs? Kevin's got you. Need help deciding? Kevin's got that fashion sense. Need some time to think? You guessed it Kevin gives you the space. I've never seen a short department run so well with just one guy working. 10/10 would recommend
February 26, 2018. Been here for like 30 mins trying to look for a knee and ankle support of my size but it seem like staffs are just busy just chattin instead of helping customers. Really disappointed with service and none of the workers seem bothered to care. At the end, one of the managers helped me.
I want to start off with a positive note: whoever helped out with shoes for my boyfriend was awesome, so very helpful! Unfortunately, this positive interaction was tainted by another employee in the soccer department. I was looking at soccer shin pads and there happened to be a standalone hitting bag and forgive my ignorance but you see a hitting bag on display, you want to try it out. My son did just that and was very rudely told off by this employee who stated that he's not allowed to hit that, I asked why he said that it was a display, not meant to be hit and that he will break it. I was SO confused by his statement and said we didn't see a "Don't Touch" sign and it's a hitting bag, it's meant to be hit. He again said it was a display model and they didn't want it to be broken. I then said that if that was the case, then there should be a sign. He said that it's not mine and that it shouldn't be hit. I just hope he doesn't have the same attitude towards a young child or anybody for that matter.
Had to make a return on something that was too small, wanted to exchange for a size up. Staff said there wasn't any in town and when I asked about ordering it they told me I could just do that online and they couldn't do it in store while applying the credit for the returned item. Had to get my wife's CC to get our money back so we could go home and make an order since the employee didn't think the store credit would work online. Very annoying to deal with.
I just want to share my experience here, I bought two shoe sprays, one worked to the end and the other didn't work after couple of spraying (almost more than half full), I brought the second one to store to exchange it but surprisingly the manager said cause it used once we don't do it. I had much better experience before with other Sport check stores.
