Never a bad time. Was squishing some mystery mini figs and a couple Lego dudes came by checking if I was okay, provided me with the store copy of the check list, some till tape and a pen as well as squished a couple to confirm who they thought it would be. Excellent level of service.
Absolutely one of my favourite stores in the city. My son, wife and I always have a blast when we come in and almost always end up purchasing something. The staff are super friendly, approachable, ultra knowledgeable and always go above and beyond. It is sad that I have to say this, but people do need to understand that this is a business and not a daycare. That means watch your own child(ren) when your in there. If this tidbit of information comes as a shock then you should check your parenting booklet (or extract head from hiney) and not force these employees to police your kids.
Went in for our first "monthly free build" with my daughter. We arrived early and it was a bit crazy in the store. A lot of excited kids! We checked in with Alexander, he was great. He set us up and was very attentive and engaged. Alexander was genuine and enthusiastic about both the product and the event. His care and attention to the people around him was obvious and welcome. Alexander is the best in what you can hope for in an employee. Thank you.
The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. One even helped me fill a large container to get the best bang for my buck. Very cool and obviously the best selection in town!
