Good sized store and conveniently located close to West Hills. The staff are quite friendly and very helpful. Any interaction with the auto parts service counter has been great. As well the staff in the sporting goods section were helpful. I needed my son's skates sharpened and they were able to provide some opinions on what was best for his age. As well, he didn't charge me for the sharpening.

Worst customer service ever!!! An older man (with no tag name) at the auto desk treated me terrible! I waited in the store for about two hours just to get tires for my car. Actually the store has a screen where you can search the tires they have for your car. I did it, and decided what to buy. Reading carefully if it was in stock. Then, I was attended by this man, I told him the brand, size and model of the tires and he said no, I have any he shouldnt be actually offering or suggesting another ones? I came back to the screen to look for another option and I found it. So, I came back in line waiting for him to finish with a customer and he said, next. The people noticed I was before talking to him and they said you were first, go ahead the older man said no! I have your information here so you come which I confirm he didnt have it because he asked their information again!!! He didnt want to attend me. And the other employee whose name is IAN was there too and called the next one and avoid me!So, you Canadian Tire should reconsider to have this kind of people working in the front desk. The customers should be happy even though their day was bad and have a great experience which is NOT happening!

I went to the parts desk where an older man was on the phone talking to a customer and as I was waiting he shouted at the guy on the other end and then told him to f#%k off. After this he didnt even tell me just a second, he walked away. Then when he came back in a couple minutes he rudely said (with a sigh), can I help you? Talk about terrible customer service. At the same time, I had a price ring up wrong at the till and the cashier called an employee to look for the right price. It took 3-4 pages on the intercom and when the price was finally found, he said, its an old label. Well, Im sorry, but the posted price is the price so dont make me feel like it was my fault. I will not be shopping there again. Id rather spend my money at a Canadian Tire where Im treated as a valued customer and not as if Im a hinderance.

Went here for a particular Mastercraft tool that was on sale as their online inventory said they had 2. When I arrived none were in store. Young sales associate got a manager to try and locate it elsewhere in the store, and the manager seemed genuinely interested in helping me. While the manager was elsewere searching, I asked the associate if they could check other stores' inventory to see if I could have a backup plan in case the item didn't turn up. We walked to a terminal to check where the associate confirmed that another store had 4 in stock. I then asked if he could call them quickly to physically verify so I don't drive there and run into the same problem. The associate then pointed to the screen, indicating the store name and phone number as suggested I call them myself. It was not busy and he then stood there while I dialed my own phone in front of him, clearly irritated, and watched idly as I spoke with an associate at the other store, who confirmed that they were setting one aside for me. I ended the call, the associate that was watching me looked at me expectantly as if everything was going according to plan. For a brief moment, I found myself daydreaming about performing acts upon this associate that the description of would likely get me out on some sort of list. After a few seconds I snapped out of it and decided to leave without saying anything. By my calculations, this store owes me at minimum $4.00 for having me perform 15 minutes worth of what in any other organization would be employee duties, and probably more if I consider the time it took me to arrive at my own solution. Ultimately, I am now dumber for having experienced this, I award this store no points, and may God have mercy on its soul.

Five stars for being ready for the winter storm! Tons of shovels throughout the store with some cool new Rink style shovels. Which are great for pushing the 2-3 feet of snow we are getting this week. Well done CT!
