Switched to this gym from Beacon Hill. Much better! You have the space to work out, the staff and other members are lovely and easy to be around. There is tanning options, as well as what sounds like a high energy class! They just underwent some Reno's, and it feels much better in the space. I do hope at some point the change rooms/bath room gets a face lift too though!
Been here before. Basic and nice. I like how I can shop for groceries after and get a healthy snack. If this gym was coed- there would be too much traffic for the size of this gym.
I love coming to this location on my gym days. It is spacious and staff is super friendly. They have all the machines that you need and a nice squat rack. This location also has enough number of cardio machine. It can get busy but you always have enough space to work out.
Generally well stock gym for a such a tight space above Superstore. One smith machine, one squat rack, one cable machine plus fixed barbell rack with a whole slew of other machines. This is only a 5 min drive from my place and I found most people are courteous with wiping down machines and not taking up the machines unnecessarily (ie checking their phone more than working out); I like coming here for a quick workout. THEY DO HAVE SHOWERS, they are behind the undisclosed grey doors on the right.
Very small, friendly staff. Not the best looking but right on top of superstore so you can easily access healthy food. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS, so bring your own
