Very friendly and helpful staff. Front desk staff gave lots of information on services in hotel. I received a welcoming phone call a few minutes after I got into my room, making sure that everyone was good. Very clean. I had some documents to scan and the manager was very willing to do so for me. More than one option for pillow softness. Fun waterpark with 2 slides, kiddie pool, and hot tub. Additional pool and hot tub in basement. Breakfast was amazing though not included with every booking. Shuttle service for airport though only every hour in the evening so it can be a long wait at the airport.
The Port O'Call was amazing. We came with a huge group, including 25 kids, and they were so accommodating with finding space for us to gather and with several other things we needed. Lisa was incredible helping us with our booking and dealing with some concerns we had upon arrival. Totally impressed with all the staff, so helpful, professional and kind. Rooms were clean, the pool was a blast, and it's really close to lots of restaurants and other things. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be staying here again.
Came to the hotel with my son and husband, absolutely the most family friendly hotel Ive come across and we loved the water park! The hotel has so many facilities to use especially the most wonderful was the ( Nail salon/spa ) went in for their luxurious pedicure, can I just say one of the best relaxing spa experiences I have ever had, their work was excellent, clean and the most friendliest ladies EVER! They were so accommodating not to mention they transformed my feet which definitely needed some care, was beyond any pedicure Ive ever had before. Overall will definitely stay at the hotel again as everyone is so welcoming and will definitely be back for the wonderful spa, I recommend!
Great place to lay my head on a buisiness trip. Little tiny fridge made a heck of a racket had to unplug it to sleep. It was clean. Employees were all friendly and more than approachable. Can't forget to mention my excellent top notch B-52.
Stayed for 3 nights with my family. Had a very comfortable stay. The Hotel is very family friendly. Their indoor waterpark was an instant hit with my toddler. The staff is very friendly, polite and accommodating. The duty manager, Robin, was very helpful and offered very practical recommendations during our stay. Will definitely go back upon next trip.Hotel = 5 stars!Staff = 5 stars!Food = 5 stars!Stay = 5 stars!Experience = 5 stars!
