Difficult one to review, but on balance I wouldn't stay here again. It is not a quiet place to sleep. Mainly this is because of the constant claxon sirens & bells of the trams, which obviously the hotel can't control, but their windows were so poor it sounded like they were open. They really should have gone for triple glazing or some kind of sound proofing. Considering the main function of a hotel is sleep. Their choice of pillow was those awful feather ones with only about 1/6 filling, so I ended up using my travel J pillow just to get some neck support. The valet parking (which is the only option) is a complete price gauge at $38 per night. We were left stood in the rain for ages waiting for our car, we just wanted to go & get it ourselves. The room was fine, clean and spacious. The black out blinds were good.
Excellent in almost everything but the cooler/heater noise...oh my god! Terrible nights if you have light sleep.. Swiming pool was not that much clean, Jacuzzi was broken.. Fitness space is really good
Excellent rooms, clean, well decorated and functional. Staff was kind and accommodating. Bed was either exceptionally comfortable or I was extremely tired either way I slept very well. I would highly recommend this location. Note that parking is by valet only and cost $35. But you can come and God as you please throughout the day.
The room was very nice including mini kitchen space (coffee, fridge, microwave). Very comfortable bed and temperature moderation. Room service was great - fast and delicious with lots of great food options. There's valet parking as well as a public paid parking lot across the street. Very good for the rate downtown though breakfast is not included (but available in the restaurant).
Nice place. Staying in the corner king and it's large and well appointed. The bed is great. The rate was awesome for the quality. Would definitely stay again.
