We spent the night and arrived late in the evening. I was happy the pool had a late closing time so my son could get some energy out before bed. The beds were a bit firm for my taste but the rooms were quiet, well decorated and arranged as well as spotlessly clean. I would happily stay here again.
First day, someone tried to come in after we checked in. Staff member. Second day no service at all, third day, service but no replacement of towels, they where on floor. All the time we where there the ice bucket liner was never changed, no buggy, but obviously no service what so ever. Restaurant has limited menu and overpriced, as well as bad service except for one evening when supervisor was present. The pool was hot and the hot tub dangerously hotter. Hotel hallways are not clean. We would never go back and will not recommend to anyone, unfortunately I had prepaid the room through Priceline for 5 days. Live and learn.
The check-in process was quick, and the front desk staff were friendly. Laundry was difficult, with the first dryer I used not working. The front desk gave me more coins, and the second dryer worked but took twice as long as advertised. The rooms were dated, and we had a difficult time finding power outlets to charge our electronics by the bed. Overall cleanliness was good. Not bad for the price, but not exceptional.
Nice little hotel. Pretty much the best cheapest place around the airport with a pool for kids. Somewhat of a sketchy neighborhood since it's near downtown but the two security guards who are very friendly help you rest easy.I didnt have cutlery so they allowed me to borrow from their restaurant also I needed a high chair for my 1 year old in the suite and they allowed me to borrow one for the duration of my stay and even delivered it to my room for me. Good service, friendly staff, good price good location all made for an overall enjoyable experience.
