Gerry arrived, I would say I would like to have a window of time instead of waiting all morning and did not arrive till after lunch.The furnace check was good.I did find the quote for the duct cleaning high, would have appreciated how the total charge was made. as repeat customers I would think a 10 percent off would be appropriate.The charge should not have been asked before the job was done.this was reviewed by Louise not Dennis.
Was very happy with my recent Clearview experience. I really like how they give you a 30-45 minute window before they arrive versus a 4 to 8 hour potential time like lots of other places. Also friendly and efficient service from their reception team. Gerry who did the service call was helpful with what ended up being a simple fix. He added extra value by giving relevant advice to get the most out of our in floor heating going forward. He also clearly explained options and useful information about our Hot water tank and Furnace.
We recently had Gerry here because our furnace wouldn't start. He came promptly and zeroed in on the problem. We were very pleased with the emergency service on Christmas Day from Clayton. Our furnace stopped working and it was -30 outside. Thankfully, he had the required parts in his van and was able to make the repair quickly. We signed up for the annual maintenance schedule as we hadnt been looking after this ourselves.Update: now our hot water tank just went. I called the office at 4:55pm and they were able to come the next day at 8am. And installed a new tank this morning. Heinz was friendly and knowledgeable. We our still happy with our service.
One of my 2 hot water tanks had a valve fault. I called to send a tech over. They said it would be $72 to look at the it. Guy came over at looked at it all right. Didnt even touch it but switched to selling mode and put together ridiculous pricing. When I called other companies they said they would come by for free to provide a quote. I got a much better deal from another company. Felt taken advantage of by these guys. Shouldnt charge for a service unless you provide a service.
