Still waiting to have the correct part fixed on the furnace. I let the tech know that the thermostat wasnt recognizing when the furnace was on. He fixed a part for $850 but when he left the furnace still wasnt shutting off. They were supposed to come back the next day but he got delayed and didnt show up. The following morning he was supposed to be there between 9-11. At 11:15, he still wasnt at the house and I got a call that he was delayed again. I may change this review later if they finally are able to get the work done without charging me an arm and a leg for fixing parts that didnt fix the original problem.Update: the techs came back out and fixed the wiring on the part that was installed the other day. No charge. I understand that sometimes these things dont go as planned, I am changing my rating due to the accountability and professionalism of this company. They took themselves from one start to five in my opinion :)
Sadly this was a big waste of my time calling this company, it was my second call out this am. Requested a tech come and look as NONE of my toilets were working. Advised the lady on the phone of this. Was assured that someone would be coming between 11-1 and. I would receive a call when they were on the way, after 1 I needed to call them to find out what was going on. No time was able to be given. I am now off to work. If they could not have made between the time they provided they should have let me know so I could call someone else and arrange something. Now no one can use any 4 toilet in my house but hey no big problem for them Im sure they have working toilets!!! In todays world under promise and over deliver. Something this company needs to learn but hey maybe they have more customers then the rest and dont need my money.
I have found that Robert is a very personable and knowledgeable repair person. He was courteous and let me know all that he was doing and how to operate the new thermostat. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber. Thank You
Robert was excellent, very knowledgeable. Explained things clearly and was quick. Replaced a kitchen facet with hose, installed a new water heater that was leaking and running hot, plus a pressure regulator for added performance to our plumbing system. Did not push and was very friendly. Would recommend him to others
We booked a plumber for Friday afternoon a week in advance. Waited beyond the expected two hour time frame. After taking the afternoon off and waiting for a total of 6 hours we agreed to have someone come in the following morning. Once again the following day, we waited 4 hours for a plumber and no one arrived. We got multiple phone calls assuring we were not forgotten. I would not recommend this company.
