Very Happy with the work. Jeff is very professional and a nice guy. He replaced two valves, explained everything in layman terms that I could comprehend.Clear and concise. Natalie let me know the hours Jeff would be there and Jeff inspected everything to make sure all was good before packing up. Definitely will recommend them to anyone looking

Mr. Rooter provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. After purchasing our new home, we have used several of Calgarys other big name companies when we needed plumbing services. These other companies have all disappointed me.When I needed a recent repair done on my water heater I decided to give Mr. Rooter a try, and am I ever glad that I did. The two plumbers, Chris, and Jeff that worked on my system, were hands down, two of the most professional, and most courteous plumbers I have ever met or hired for service. I will never use another plumbing service again in Calgary. Mr. Rooter will be the only company I call, or recommend to friends for plumbing services. Chris and Jeff do great work, and earned a lifetime customer.Adam
I requested quotes from 6 different plumping companies around Calgary, and Mr. Rooter said they would come take a look and give us a free in house quote. This sounded like a way better deal than other companies saying $80 fee. So we booked the earliest appointment we could with Mr. Rooter, we took time off work, and when they get to our house, they said they charge a $120 diagnostic fee... The plumber they sent didn't look at anything. We just said no, and are now in the process of finding another plumber ASAP. Don't fall for their "free in house quote". A total waste of time.
So, I had an issue in my condo building (bathtub backed up when I was sleeping). After numerous attempts with the property manager in the day, I took things into my control and asked for support from Mr. Rooter. Talked to someone on their 24 hour line instantly and was waiting to hear from the plumber on call as this was 8pm. Got a call but from the property management that they were coming asap so called and cancelled my rush appointment with Mr R. Even though I cancelled almost instantly after my booking, I received a call from Jason wanting to make sure someone was actually coming and that my rush problem was going to be resolved. Jason spent 5mins on the phone helping diagnose the issue so I could explain to the plumber coming. I wanted write this and acknowledge that my call from Jason went above and beyond my expectations after cancelling a call with his company. I will not hesitate to use them in the future based on my experience with this company. Just thought people should know...
