Darcy is very professional. He arrives in 15 min after calling me. Then he works with me to understand the kitchen sink total blockage issue. And he not just complete his job, but to explain and answer my questions in a way that even a novice like me can understand. He gives recommendation too so that it can help me knowing how to prevent the future risk. I'm so satisfied with Darcy's help today. And enjoy the conversion with him very much.
VERY SHADY AND DISRESPECTFUL BUSINESS. Do not use this business. I had leaky ceiling and had them come to fix it. They initially sent someone to diagnose the problem for which I paid almost $300. Later they sent someone else to repair it for which I paid $2,000. However the ceiling leaking starts again a few weeks later. So I call them because the repair has 1 year warranty on it. This time they send a new person to take a look at it after which I am told to pay another $2,000 for a problem that was either misdiagnosed or not properly fixed to begin with.That is so unfair. The guy on the phone actually told me to "shut my mouth" when I called to complain about this.
Highly recommend dealing with this company. Darcy was the technician that I dealt with and found him to be very knowledgeable and he was very quick to find and resolve the issue that I was having with my plumbing. Once he was done he explained clearly the work that was done. Again I recommend this company to handle your plumbing issues.

Great experience with Darcy from ProStar plumbing. He fixed our sink/garburator in no time. Was very professional and cleaned up after himself. Was very courteous and understanding as I had three little girls under five starring over his shoulder! In addition, I called about my issue at 12 and they were there 3 hours later! Would definitely recommended these guys again, especially Darcy.
