We had some major work with a total Poly B refit to Pex done in our entire house - 3 floors. Jerrod, the site manager was very thorough in his quotes and planning and promptly responded to any requests/concerns/questions we had prior to the work commencing as well as throughout the project. Both plumbers Jim and Ron did amazing and tirelessly work to cut into the walls/ceilings as 'little as possible' to avoid major drywall repair to complete the refit. They were both solution oriented while doing the job which saved us a ton of money in drywall repair. They are true experts in their field! The follow up work by Mike to install fixtures was awesome. I would not hesitate to hire Precision again for any plumbing work required in the future!!
Called in Precision Plumbing to diagnose a very loud sound coming from some pipes in a 4 unit condo complex. They took the time to have a full conversation on the phone to get as much information as possible, even provided a recommendation that didn't require a service call to try out first. When Jim came in, he was right on time, courteous and diagnosed then fixed the issue within an hour! Something that seemed like a huge issue he made seem routine. He even did a few small things on my kitchen sink without hesitation. Literally above and beyond. I'm so glad I now have a plumbing company I can call. I've already referred to all other units in my building and will refer to anyone that asks. *Also called a few other 'high profile' plumbing companies and within the first 10 seconds it was a night and day difference in customer service.
I called Precision based on the reviews and I was not disappointed. From the initial phone conversation with Mike through to Len resolving our blocked kitchen drain pipe, I will call upon them again - hopefully I won't need to for a while! Len arrived on schedule and dealt with a rather solid blockage through a tricky access point. He double checked for other issues, explained what had happened and why, ensured all was dry in any areas that might have been affected by his work and suggested a few ways to help prevent future problems. I REALLY appreciated his help, professionalism and suggestions. Definitely 5 stars. Thanks
Had a crack in main abs drain pipe. Plumber was done in less than an hour. Repair looks and works great. Reasonable rate.
