Above and beyond customer service! I called them to fix an issue in our office washroom. They arrived on short notice, gave clear explanations on the work required and reviewed all of the options available on repairing the issue. They even followed up later to ensure everything was working correctly. SO impressed, our company will definitely be hiring them again!

A few years ago, I bought a house that was a rental for years and wasn't maintained. I've used the Plumbing Paramedics several times as I update the plumbing in my house. Every time I book them, they arrive on time, they're super efficient, friendly and very accommodating, going out of their way to make sure everything is perfect before they leave.
