After finding out that I had a floor drain clog in my basement, I immediately called this company. In just under 2 hours Dave arrived at our house to help us clear the drain. His attention to detail and willingness to investigate the true issue behind the clog saved him a ton of time and me a ton of duress. I would absolutely recommend this company (and especially Dave) if you need a good plumber fast.
Richard came to help us for a backed up sewer at our home and was awesome. He was efficient, friendly, and communicated the entire time with what he was doing. He had our issue fixed within an hour. I know nothing about plumbing and Richard was informative enough that I feel confident understanding the issue, the fix and the ongoing maintenance needed. He was tidy and courteous and one of the best contractors I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Wish I had an extra star to give them.
I wanted to say how much I appreciated the David #287. He came and was uber professional. He came in the evening and the clog was solid and like a rock. He was persistent and so was I (I hit the area of it) and we were able to unclog the pipe. My friend needed support and I recommended Roto Rooter which he used and he also got David. If I was working for undercover boss.... David would be an employee I would look after and compensate as in today's world there are not many like him. Thank you Roto Rooter I will continue to recommend this incredible company and more importantly employee!

David explained in detail how these clogs form, cleared it and informed us that the main line was okay. Gave us some good advice on how to prevent them in the future. All in all we were very pleased.
