We purchased and got installed a brand-new High Efficiency Furnace from Instant Plumbing. The installation team was very professional, courteous and helpful. The installation looks great and was done very well with our existing A/C. The furnace itself works and looks great. Would highly recommend!!
I called Instant Plumbing today as my hot water tank quit on me, after telling them about the issue over the phone they told me that since it was so cold out, the air intake pipe outside was frozen shut. I was told to remove the snow and break apart any ice that had formed around it. Instead of coming out and charging me through the roof for an emergency call, the guys at Instant Plumbing helped me out over the phone and I was able to get my hot water tank running again. Wow.
