I had a bad experience with another plumbing company a while back so I was slightly apprehensive this go around. Lone Star was great to deal with, they were super fast and reasonably priced. After the job turned out to be bigger than they initially thought, they didnt charge me extra. That was a big deal to me, finding a trustworthy company. Lone Star was a bit slow in responding to my online appointment request but moved very quickly once engaged. Choi arrived at my residence within a few hours and rerouted a sump pump drain line for my renovation. He made a fairly difficult job, that involved drilling a hole through my stucco wall (with very little clearance), look quite easy. Unfortunately he was stung by a small nest of wasps that were disturbed in the process but worked through the situation with professionalism and cleaned up the work area before departing. I would certainly recommend Lone Star based on this experience.
