I just had a water tank installed and they overcharged me, told me they were adjusting the bill 3 TIMES and never did, they have yet to return any of my calls. I guess they do not care about their customers. A significant difference - there are lots of other good ones, and much cheaper when I checked pricing

Mr. Mikes plumbing is by far the best plumbers in Calgary, if not in the entire province. Now I know thats a pretty subjective statement, and very subjective, but my experience with Riley from Mr. Mikes plumbing was nothing short of exceptional. I had woken up Friday morning with massive amounts of water leaking to my finished basement and the furnace room. I shut off the water from the main and checked all the appliances and could not find the source of the leak. I did a quick search on Google to find a good plumber and came across Mr. Mikes plumbing. I called them and they advised me of the call out fee (which was a reasonable amount of $50) on top of their diagnostic fee of $190. They advised me they will have somebody there within the hour. Well, Riley showed up at my door as promised. He was exceptionally professional, courteous and more importantly honest with his dealings with me the entire time. Rile found the leak, shut the line down while the restoration company did their work to start the clean-up. Riley needed access to the line that was behind drywall, he promised to come back the next day on Saturday to complete the necessary repairs once the restoration company had opened the drywall. Like he had promised, the next day Riley called as scheduled to confirm our appointment. He finished all the work as promised and with the utmost professionalism. I apologize for the very long-winded review, but I think that when people go above and beyond the call of duty for us, the customers, we should take the time to exemplify them to others. So many times, we are quick to write reviews for negative experiences, but in this case, I feel compelled to share my story. Riley, thank you so much for everything. You made the most stressful day of our lives a lot more manageable with your professionalism, honesty and excellent craftsmanship in doing the affected repairs.
Mr. Mike"s Plumbing gets 5 stars from me. Easily accessible 24 hrs. Came promptly. Suren was punctual courteous, professional and totally cleaned up. I am very happy with Mr. Mike As a landlord I have given all my tenants his contact info as my number one!

His team performed with 5 stars following our water leak: Clive assessed the shower leak and found the least damaging solution by cutting through a closet wall to skillfully resolve the between-the-walls leak in about 5 hours of intense plumbing work. Then, Suren came on the job to meticulously replace and repair the open wall and lower-floor ceiling with thoroughness. Both are impressive in what they do and deserve this review. All the work was done with precision, cleanliness and within the least amount of time possible.
